Florian, Deputy Head of Data & Open Source at BPCE banking group, is also the elected President of OW2, and a Vice-President of TOSIT, a FOSS user group that gathers French large organizations. He will share his insights about FOSS strategy and digital sovereignty in the industry and beyond, switching his multiple hats to provide us a panoramic view.

After several positions within Natixis' Corporate & Investment Banking division, I now manage a team of data engineers and data architects within a cross-functional entity, Tech Expertise & Solutions, for the BPCE Group. I also dedicate time to the data and open-source communities as the BPCE Group's representative in the TOSIT association and have been elected in March 2026 President of OW2. Naturally, I am a strong advocate for sharing, because together we are stronger. I also teach at two business schools (ESCP and ESG) and volunteer in data at Paris FC.
