OW2con is the annual conference of the open source community and welcomes all kinds of relevant open source proposals. However we are used to focusing on a specific topic and this year we will talk about "Open Source and Models to drive European Sovereignty". The EU is strengthening its sovereignty over its technologies, resources, and secure digital services. Open source and open models are integral parts of the recipe for technological independence.
We look for proposals of presentations that improve participants' technical skills, stimulate their imagination and motivate them to excel professionally. The OW2 conference is appreciated for its short (20 minutes), focused and cutting-edge sessions.
Please submit your proposals in English, with a title, abstract (required, 600 char. maximum spaces incl.) and description (optional), in this theme or any other topic listed in the CfP form. The submission deadline is: February 14, 2026.

Note that all sessions are in English.
